Beier's newly purchased industry-leading precision machining equipment is officially put into operation

In recent years, with the rapid development of technology, the speed of equipment manufacturing industry updating and iterating has also accelerated. The innovation and development of high-end technology, as well as the fierce competition in equipment manufacturing entering the stock game, have also prompted the mechanical processing industry to accelerate equipment upgrading.

After the large-scale heavy asset investment in upgrading processing equipment and hardware for Beier's reconstruction in 2023, a huge investment will be made again in 2025 to purchase several high-end precision CNC machine tools that are among the top and industry-leading in China, further consolidating Beier's super strong position in the precision machining field of the Huaihai Economic Zone and forming a differentiated leading advantage in the industry. The VNL320M vertical turning center is the only domestically top-notch high-end precision CNC machine tool in the Xuzhou area. This machine tool is a three-axis linkage, semi closed loop control, with C-axis indexing function and equipped with a power spindle. In addition to the function of a CNC lathe, it is mainly suitable for component processing in industries such as aviation, aerospace, automotive, energy, information, and molds. Complex geometric shapes, diverse sizes, and high precision requirements for rotary parts can be processed, including inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, spherical surfaces, and various other rotary surfaces, inner and outer grooves, as well as various metric and imperial internal and external threads. The power spindle can mill axial straight grooves and spiral grooves, milling flat surfaces, drilling, reaming, tapping, etc. This equipment can meet the precision machining of key components of high-end equipment.

At present, the equipment has been pre ordered for production two months ago, and all preparations are being carried out in an orderly manner. The VNL320M vertical turning center arrived at the factory for installation on August 5th. After more than 20 days of intense construction, the main project was completed on August 30th and passed the commissioning acceptance. The relevant trial production work is currently underway.

At the same time, the construction of related ancillary facilities is also being carried out simultaneously. The power supply bureau of the development zone has specially arranged personnel to carry out electricity planning and supporting design of ancillary facilities in response to the high electricity consumption of equipment, and arranged professional construction teams to implement standard operations according to the planning requirements. At present, the ancillary facilities have completed construction and passed internal pre acceptance on September 3rd, and were officially accepted and delivered for use by the professional department of the power supply bureau on September 5th.

The official production of VNL320M vertical turning center further consolidates Beier's strong strength and leading position in the field of high-end precision machining.
