Mr. Zhao from Aisco (Xuzhou Company) visited Beier for inspection and guidance

Beier is an important strategic supplier of Esko in the Chinese market. In March of this year, Beier undertook the first batch of export packaging box orders from Esko and successfully passed strict evaluation and acceptance. On September 16th, Mr. Zhao from Aisco (Xuzhou Company) visited Beier for inspection and guidance, accompanied by Mr. Zhang, Mr. Deng, Mr. Miao, and others throughout the process.

Mr. Zhao first inspected the VNL320M vertical turning center, the industry-leading and only high-end large-scale precision machining equipment in Xuzhou newly purchased by Beier. This year is a crucial year for Beier to further consolidate the high-end precision machining market pattern in Xuzhou, and for Beier's "three-step" development strategy to transform and upgrade from "making good products" to "strengthening enterprises". Beier has once again ushered in a new round of heavy asset investment.

In January, Mr. Zhang made a timely decision to purchase three new high-end precision machine tools based on the current demand for high-end order processing. This investment alone exceeded 10 million yuan. The VNL320M vertical turning center, the top high-end precision machining machine in the industry, was installed at the factory on August 5th. After more than 20 days of intense construction, the main project was completed and passed the commissioning and acceptance on August 30th. On September 5th, it also passed the formal acceptance of the auxiliary supporting facilities by the professional department of the power supply bureau of the development zone. The VNL320M vertical turning center is a three-axis linkage, semi closed loop control, with C-axis indexing function and equipped with a power spindle. In addition to the functions of a CNC lathe, it can meet the precision machining of key components of high-end equipment in industries such as aviation, aerospace, automotive, energy, information, and molds. The production and operation of the VNL320M vertical turning center marks that Beier has not only broken through the homogenized competition barriers of low-end machining, but also stood at the high ground of high-end precision machining in the industry. Beier's main business is further focused on high-end precision machining, and its ability to provide customized machining for customers is further enhanced. It also lays out a forward-looking plan for the company's future development.

During the inspection, Mr. Zhao also carefully examined the high-end precision components being processed by Beier, and gained a detailed understanding of the machining process, quality control, technical processes, production arrangements, and other details. After the inspection, Mr. Zhao went to the conference room for in-depth communication with the leaders of Beier, and put forward a series of constructive and beneficial suggestions for Beier's next development, as well as new hopes and requirements for cooperation in the next step. Mr. Zhang stated that in future cooperation, he will set high standards and strict requirements, comprehensively benchmark against various standards of Esko, continuously improve his processing and support capabilities, and not disappoint the trust of Esko's leaders.
