Beier and Yishang join forces to build a high-end precision manufacturing base

2025 will be a year of rapid development for Beier and a year to further establish its position in high-end precision machining strength.

This year, Beier closely followed the national industrial policy guidance on green development, seized the major strategic opportunity of the rapid development of the marine wind energy industry, and formed a strategic alliance with Taisheng Group, a leader in the professional manufacturing industry of marine wind power equipment. Taisheng Group is one of the oldest enterprises in China's wind energy equipment manufacturing industry, the first qualified supplier of Vestas, a leading global wind turbine manufacturer, in China, and a 5A supplier of Goldwind Technology, a global wind turbine leader. This year, Beier has achieved rapid development on the shoulders of the Taisheng Giants.

This year, Beier further increased its heavy asset investment in high-end precision machining equipment (more than 10 million yuan) and purchased three industry-leading high-end precision machining equipment. Among them, the VNL320M vertical turning center is the top large-scale precision CNC machine tool in China and the only top-level precision machining equipment in Xuzhou area, which effectively consolidates Beier's super strong position in the high-end precision machining field of Huaihai Economic Zone. The VNL320M vertical turning center is a three-axis linkage, semi closed loop control, with C-axis indexing function and equipped with a power spindle. In addition to the functions of a CNC lathe, it is mainly suitable for high-end and important component processing in industries such as aviation, aerospace, automotive, energy, information, and molds. In August, the equipment was installed and debugged at the factory, and it will be officially put into operation in early September. Currently, the equipment is scheduled for production.

With the rapid development of the company, the existing factory scale of Beier is no longer sufficient to meet the requirements of the next development plan. Therefore, after overall consideration and research and demonstration, the company has strategically cooperated with Jiangsu Yishang Machinery Technology Development Co., Ltd. to fully utilize its idle factory conditions to achieve Beier's large-scale development. Yishang is located in Peinan Development Zone, Peixian County, with a standard factory building of 47700 square meters, office and ancillary facilities of 2300 square meters, and a total construction area of 50000 square meters. Yishang connects with Xupei Expressway and forms a half-hour logistics circle with Beier.

This morning, Beier and Yishang signed a strategic cooperation agreement at Beier headquarters, focusing on building a high-end precision machining and manufacturing base in the Huaihai Economic Zone for the future. Beier's vision of becoming a first-class supplier in China's equipment manufacturing industry will definitely be achieved.
