In addition to the function of a CNC lathe, it is mainly suitable for component processing in industries such as aviation, aerospace, automotive, energy, information, and molds. Complex geometric shapes, diverse sizes, and high precision requirements for rotary parts can be processed, including inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, spherical surfaces, and various other rotary surfaces, inner and outer grooves, as well as various metric and imperial internal and external threads. The power spindle can mill axial straight grooves and spiral grooves, milling flat surfaces, drilling, reaming, tapping, etc. It is said that this is currently the only high-end precision CNC machine tool in the Xuzhou area.
