Beier successfully passed the ISO9001 quality management system review

On July 21st, the expert group of Zhongqiu United International Certification (Beijing) Co., Ltd. conducted a comprehensive audit of Beier's quality management system, focusing on four aspects: system documents, on-site audit verification, compliance with laws and regulations, and tracking of corrective measures, to evaluate the compatibility and operational effectiveness of the management system with standards.

For a long time, Beier has always regarded product quality as the life of the enterprise. Mr. Zhang believes that 'customers are the only standard for testing product quality', always taking customer requirements as his pursuit and customer standards as his own standards, and conducting comprehensive benchmarking and improvement with customers. In terms of processing quality control, Mr. Zhang pointed out that product quality is manufactured and demanded that Beier strictly implement the "three no's principle" (not manufacturing defective products, not accepting defective products, and not outputting defective products), requiring that each process be inspected by the quality inspector of the previous process, forming a three-level quality control mechanism of self inspection, mutual inspection, and special inspection. In terms of quality inspection, in order to ensure the processing quality of each process, Mr. Zhang requires that all processes must achieve 100% online inspection. In response to the high welding quality requirements of wind energy products, Beier has commissioned a third-party professional testing agency to conduct non-destructive testing and issue relevant testing reports. In response to customers' high requirements for spray painting quality of special products, the company uses designated paints according to customer requirements and conducts comprehensive testing of paint film thickness using professional testing tools. Mr. Zhang said, "Any issue can be discussed, only quality issues cannot be discussed." He required that the products sent to customers must be 100% qualified, and any quality issues must be eliminated before sending them to customers. If customers make quality complaints, Beier must hold them accountable for the product quality issues and implement a product quality issue accountability system, where each level is responsible for its own level and each level is held accountable for its own level. With excellent product quality, Beier aims to establish a good customer reputation.

Since the establishment of the quality management system, Beier has always integrated the quality management system with all aspects such as technical processes, quality control, production and processing, procurement management, and on-site management, fundamentally eliminating the phenomenon of "two skins" between the system and management. After a day of intense review, the expert group finally announced that the Beier ISO9001 quality management system is operating effectively and has successfully passed this audit.
