Beier conducts EN1090 and ISO3834 EU system certifications It is accelerating its overseas market expansion

Beier, in line with its strategic development plan, closely centered on the vision of "customer demand-centered and striving to build a first-class supplier of equipment manufacturing", while continuously increasing capital investment to strengthen its competitiveness in domestic high-end precision processing, is orderly laying out overseas markets. In July this year, Beier established a new overseas division to oversee the operation of precision machining and recycled resources overseas business. Currently, the business has spread to many European, American and Asian countries. Beier is striving to form a "two verticals" (domestic business, overseas business) and "three horizontals" (precision processing, renewable resources, clean energy) dual system development model by deepening its domestic market and accelerating its overseas market expansion.

To further accelerate its overseas business layout and enhance its capacity to undertake key orders, Beier proactively benchmarked against EU access standards and, under the specific guidance of Sence (Shanghai) Technology Service Co., LTD., carried out two major system certifications, EN1090 and ISO3834, on October 16 to provide forward-looking system guarantees for undertaking important orders in the EU market in the next step.

Sentest, an important partner of Fortune 500 companies and large domestic monopolies, is the authoritative China representative office of the EU-authorized certification body, providing testing and certification services for Chinese products exported to the world. EN1090 certification is the harmonized standard of the CPR regulation for construction products in the EU CE certification, which assesses the quality control capabilities of steel and aluminum structure manufacturing enterprises to meet the requirements expressed in a series of European directives on safety, health, environmental protection, etc. The standard applies to 28 EU member states and Turkey. ISO3834 is a welding quality control standard system certification, developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO/TC44) in order to ensure welding quality, based on the quality assurance principles of the ISO9000 series standards and in light of the actual application conditions of welding. This standard sets out the quality requirements for metal material fusion welding, helps ensure the quality of the products welded by manufacturers in welding activities, and provides a basis for measuring the welding capabilities of manufacturers.

On the morning of October 16, experts from Sence's certification guidance group visited Beier and first reviewed the operation of Beier's existing three systems: ISO9001 Quality management system, ISO14000 environmental management system, and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety management system. On October 17, they gave specific guidance on the special requirements for the operation of the EN1090 and ISO3834 systems.

At present, Beier is advancing the certification work in an orderly manner in accordance with the Sentest promotion plan and requirements. By then, Beier will achieve the integration of the five systems, and the system guarantee capability will cover all product lines in the domestic and overseas markets. Beier 'overseas market expansion will surely accelerate further. The dual-system dual-engine development model will form a two-way interactive virtuous cycle, and Beier' development path will be more solid.
