Beier's newly purchased top-notch precision processing equipment in the industry has been officially put into operation

Following its large-scale heavy-asset investment in upgrading processing equipment and other hardware in 2023, Beier invested heavily again in 2025 to purchase several top domestic and industry-leading high-end precision CNC machine tools, further solidifying Beier's strong position in the precision processing field in the Huaihai Economic Zone and forming a differentiated leading advantage in the industry. Among them, the VNL320M vertical turning center is the only top-notch high-end precision CNC machine tool in Xuzhou area. The machine is a three-axis linkage, semi-closed loop control with C-axis indexing function and power spindle. Besides having the functions of a CNC lathe, it is mainly used for processing parts in industries such as aviation, aerospace, automotive, energy, information, and molds. It can process rotary parts with complex geometric shapes, numerous sizes and high precision requirements, including internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, spherical surfaces and other various rotary surfaces, internal and external grooves, and various metric and imperial internal and external threads. The power spindle is capable of milling axial straight and helical grooves, milling planes, drilling, reaming, tapping, etc. This equipment can meet the precision machining requirements of key components of high-end equipment.

At present, production orders for the equipment were pre-scheduled two months ago and preparations are proceeding in an orderly manner. The VNL320M vertical turning center arrived at the factory for installation on August 5. After more than 20 days of intense construction, the main project was completed and passed the commissioning acceptance on August 30, and the related trial production work is underway.

At the same time, the construction of related ancillary facilities is also proceeding simultaneously. Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Power Supply Bureau, in view of the large electricity consumption of the equipment, has specially arranged personnel to make electricity usage planning and the matching design of ancillary facilities, and arranged professional construction teams to carry out standard operations in accordance with the planning requirements. The ancillary facilities were completed on September 3 and passed the internal pre-acceptance, and passed the formal acceptance by the professional department of the power supply bureau on September 5 and were put into use.

The official commissioning of the VNL320M vertical turning center further solidifies Beier's strong capabilities and leading position in high-end precision machining. Beier's main business further focuses on high-end precision machining, and its ability to provide customized machining for customers is further enhanced, standing on the high ground of high-tech and high-value-added precision machining manufacturing.
