On the morning of May 17th, the 35th National Disability Assistance Day themed event of Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone was held grandly at Jinlonghu Primary School in Xuzhou City. The event theme was "Promoting the Spirit of Self Strengthening and Disability Assistance, Consolidating the Strength of Unity and Progress", and our company's General Manager Zhang Xiuqin was invited to attend. At the meeting, our company was awarded the honorary title of "Love Enterprise" that drives obstacles with love and sets sail with love.

More than twenty years ago, Mr. Zhang founded her first company with delicate shoulders and chose the most difficult path in her life. The road ahead is long and arduous, and I will search from top to bottom. On this path, she has put in more effort and hardship than ordinary people, taking care of her family, elderly and children, and managing the enterprise well. Sometimes, in order to grab an order, she holds her child and tirelessly communicates with customers, sincerely moving them and winning their loyalty with her sincerity. She has gone through wind and rain all the way and now has three subsidiaries. Looking back on the journey she has traveled, she sighed and said, "When the company was small, I felt like it was still my own. When the company grew up, I felt like both the company and myself were part of society." With the development of the enterprise, she has already elevated that "small self" to the "big self" of society, always carrying the social responsibility she shoulders in her heart, and always doing her best to repay society with gratitude. Over the years, she has persistently helped 15 impoverished families, providing various forms of assistance, guiding and driving them out of poverty. In response to the problem of rural parents working outside and leaving their children unattended, she actively assisted six impoverished left behind children, enabling them to have no worries about food and clothing and embark on the right path in life. In addition, she actively participates in social welfare undertakings, donates and sponsors to charitable organizations at all levels, provides assistance to disabled children to the best of her ability, and conducts condolence activities in towns, primary schools, and rural households in need during major traditional festivals, bringing warmth and help to them. She has been awarded the titles of "Caring Mother" and "Charity Image Ambassador" by Donghuan Street.

She treats her employees with sincerity and cares deeply about their personal safety. She demands that all companies emphasize safety during morning meetings, prioritize employee safety above all else, and fulfill their due responsibilities for employees and their families. In her work, she also cares deeply about the families and lives of her employees. Even in rainy weather, she personally drives them home. Through the integration of hearts and minds, employees have long regarded the company as their warm home. In the post pandemic era, with the economic environment being extremely unfavorable and the main engine factory business continuing to shrink, in order to ensure that employees have "work to do every day and receive monthly wages" and that their families have a stable income, she bravely faced difficulties and personally seized the market, customers, and orders, using various methods to ensure the normal operation of the company. In the context of other companies reducing staff and salaries due to operational difficulties, the company has also recruited a group of older employees, making them feel the warmth of the company's big family. In 2025, a major client came to inspect the company and exclaimed with emotion, "Mr. Zhang, if I were to reach the scale of your company, I would just lie flat!" Mr. Zhang said, "These employees came to me in the first place. I can't close the door, I want them to have work to do, they can receive salaries, and their lives are guaranteed!" Her heart always thinks of others and forgets herself. In 2024, Mr. Zhang, as a representative of female entrepreneurs, participated in the 17th Women's Congress of Xuzhou City and was invited to participate in the Jiangsu Province Women Entrepreneurs Navigation Program - New Quality Productivity Empowering High Quality Development Theme Exchange and Study Activity (with only 2 people in Xuzhou City), showcasing the charm of a female entrepreneur.

Today's disability assistance day activity is organized by Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Special Education School, which is responsible for the nine-year compulsory education and rehabilitation training of children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, and multiple disabilities in the entire district. In her speech, the principal said, "Let every life be equally wonderful!" Watching these disabled children perform uniquely on stage and grow up healthy here, Mr. Zhang believes that the "Love Enterprise" medal she received with both hands is a way to convey social responsibility. She needs to take it over with love, keep her promises with a sense of responsibility, never forget her original intention, and contribute to the harmonious development of society, enterprises, and employees. The words that touched the heart in the invitation letter: "They may stumble with their steps, but they persevere through the long river of time. They may have vague words, but they tell the song of life with their hearts. We extend a helping hand, convey warmth, and dispel the gloom in their hearts with love.
