Beier successfully passed the comprehensive review of physical samples and management system of Taisheng Blue Island

On May 8th, heavy rain fell in Xuzhou, and a group of four senior leaders from Taisheng Blue Island braved the wind and rain to visit Beier and conduct a comprehensive review of the first batch of physical samples and management systems for orders. This is the third time that Taisheng Blue Island senior leaders have come to Beier to inspect and guide their work. Our group's Mr. Zhang, Mr. Deng, Mr. Beier Miao, Mr. Wang, Mr. Li, and others participated in the on-site evaluation throughout the entire process.

After arriving at Beier, the Taisheng Blue Island audit team went straight to the production site to conduct a comprehensive review of the physical samples according to the relevant technical process requirements. They used professional testing tools to carefully inspect the material, appearance process, welding quality, painting quality, etc. of the physical samples without leaving any details behind. The professional and focused attitude of the audit team impressed Beier's reviewers. In addition to conducting meticulous inspections on the physical samples, the audit team also carefully examined the processing equipment, conducted a comprehensive evaluation of Beier Precision's machining capabilities, and inquired with on-site personnel about the processing process, welding methods, and spraying techniques of the physical samples, as well as the detailed understanding of object transfer and placement.

After the on-site evaluation of the physical samples, the audit team went to the Beier conference room to conduct a comprehensive review of the relevant documents, ISO9001 quality management system, ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system, and ISO14001 environmental management system. The system review is divided into 8 categories and 120 sub items, including quality system and specification compliance (17 sub items), document control (6 sub items), new product design and development (13 sub items), supplier and incoming material control (15 sub items), process control (17 sub items), product inspection and instrument calibration control (25 sub items), prohibited substances (10 sub items), material control handling and packaging (17 sub items). The coverage of the system review almost involves all aspects of the three major systems. At the same time, in response to the special requirements of wind energy products, the audit team also reviewed the weld seam inspection report and other related inspection reports and records.

On the morning of May 9th, the audit team formulated corrective and preventive measures for the defects found in yesterday's physical sample inspection, and verified the implementation effect. After confirming on site that they met the requirements, it was announced that Beier had passed the comprehensive review of the physical samples and management system.

After the evaluation, the Taisheng Blue Island review team interacted and exchanged ideas with relevant personnel from Beier, both affirming the results and objectively pointing out the problems found during the evaluation. Mr. Zhang, Mr. Deng, Mr. Beier Miao, Mr. Wang and others from the group expressed their gratitude to the audit team for their careful review. Regarding the non conformities, Mr. Zhang requested that all issues be summarized and sorted out to form a list, with responsibility assigned to individuals and a deadline closed loop. Mr. Miao stated that it is necessary to strictly follow the requirements of the audit team and conscientiously rectify and implement them, without missing any details, to ensure full compliance with the technical process standards of Taisheng Blue Island. Mr. Zhang also stated that he will arrange technical personnel to visit and learn from Taisheng Blue Island in the near future, using Taisheng Blue Island standards as Beier standards to optimize, improve, and enhance product quality, and provide comprehensive quality assurance for subsequent orders. Mr. Zhang believes that the on-site evaluation of Taisheng Blue Island has played a powerful role in promoting the next step of Beier's quality improvement, and will continuously push Beier's processing quality to a new level, becoming an excellent strategic qualified supplier for Taisheng Blue Island.
