Beier successfully passed the occupational health and safety management system certification

[Introduction]

GB/T 45001-2020 "Occupational Health and Safety Management System" was jointly released by the State Administration for Market Regulation of China and the National Standardization Administration of China on March 6, 2020, and implemented on the same day. It stipulates the requirements for the occupational health and safety management system, including providing healthy and safe working conditions, preventing work-related injuries and health damage, establishing occupational health and safety performance standards, and improving occupational health and safety performance. By establishing, implementing, and maintaining an occupational health and safety management system, providing a safe and healthy workplace, the goal is to improve health and safety, eliminate hazards, and minimize occupational health and safety risks as much as possible.

In the post pandemic era, global economic development has stalled, the macroeconomic environment is severe, and the domestic equipment manufacturing industry is struggling. After the economic tide recedes, the entire industrial chain is facing a difficult situation of "big rivers without water and small rivers without water". At the same time, Beier Machinery has also undergone demolition and reconstruction, and has withstood severe tests from the market and environmental impact assessment. Under the combination of various unfavorable factors, Mr. Zhang fearlessly dealt with difficulties calmly, viewed problems with a developmental perspective, and solved problems with developmental methods. She believes that everyone faces the same industry environment, but everyone's mentality in dealing with difficulties is different, and the so-called mentality determines fate. In 2024, while other companies were forced to reduce staff and pay due to insufficient orders, and even shut down losses, Beier's production and operation still maintained a healthy and strong development momentum, unaffected by the industry market downturn, achieving a rebirth after the company's reconstruction.

The Global Procurement Director of American Esko Company and the Global Procurement President of Danish Boruto New Energy Company have visited Beier multiple times and highly praised Beier's excellent development platform. The cooperation between the two sides continues to deepen. Beier's counter trend development has also attracted high attention from Taisheng Blue Island, and the two sides have established a strategic partnership. In order to further enhance Beier's ability to undertake important orders, in 2024, Taisheng Blue Island will arrange dedicated personnel to guide Beier's three system certification work on site, providing comprehensive and strong support from organizational leadership, intellectual support, resource guarantee, on-site improvement, document writing, and other aspects.

On February 27, 2025, senior leaders of Taisheng Blue Island visited Beier for inspection and conducted a detailed inspection of mechanical equipment, welding equipment, painting lines, material storage areas, and on-site management. During the exchange and discussion, they provided useful suggestions and intelligent support for future cooperation between the two parties in terms of processing equipment, process layout, logistics planning, management system, and other aspects.

After careful preparation, Beier entered a critical stage of system certification in March this year - on-site evaluation. After careful inspection and evaluation by the expert group of Kaixin Certification (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Beier successfully passed the "Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification" on April 2nd.
